Quit for a week, cut back for a fortnight or take on the full 28-day challenge to raise vital funds for our services. What you choose to give up is also up to you – whether you take a break from your brews or whisk it all. 

Brew break: Give yourself a break from caffeine by banning tea and coffee altogether.  

Ditch the dunkers: Go one step further and ditch the digestives, as well as tea and coffee. Disclaimer: also includes cookies, bourbons, shortbread, jaffa cakes and more. 

Whisk takers: Whisk it all and add cakes to the list of things out of bounds. No tea, coffee, biscuits, or cake!  

You could choose to do this on your own, get your friends and family involved, or make it a workplace fundraiser.
