Shopping with us or donating items for us to sell helps fund our compassionate care.
Whether you prefer a Korma or a Madras, there are plenty of curries to choose from. You could make them from scratch or buy the sauce ready-made for easiness. Why not make a couple of different curries so you can sample more than one?
You could begin with some nibbles and dips as you would when you visit your favourite Indian restaurant. Think poppadoms and dips, some onion bhajis or samosas. It is always worth asking your guests if they would like to bring anything along, such as naan breads or drinks.
In need of some inspiration? Why not head to www.bbcgoodfood.com and search for curry recipes. They have lots of delicious flavours to choose from.
If you have children, it would be great fun to get them involved with some of the preparation and cooking. They could use our poster template to create menus or make some bunting to decorate your dining room.
