Team Ashgate will be taking on the Derbyshire Three Peaks Challenge on Sunday 12th June 2022. This walk takes on the three true summits of Derbyshire – Black Hill, Bleaklow and Kinder Scout, the three distinct highest peaks.

The Peak District offers some amazing views and lovely scenery, we are so lucky to be only a stones throw away from such a wonderful place. Enjoy a day hiking through the Peaks as well raising money for charity too.

Will you join #TeamAshgate on this exciting challenge?

On the day, we will meet at Hayfield, a private mini-bus will transport you from there to the start of the walk (we finish back in Hayfield), there will be professional local guides and on-route support with refreshments, lunch, hot and cold drinks.

The allocation of a place will be decided on more than one factor, but it is likely that a successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a clear plan of how they will raise in excess of £295 in sponsorship (don’t worry, we’ve got a lot of inspiration to help you hit your target here). By fundraising for us, you’ll be helping to make sure that when our loved ones in North Derbyshire face a life-limiting illness, they’ll be able to access the specialist care and support they need.

If you would like to join Team Ashgate on this amazing challenge, a place awaits you, fill out the registration form today! For further information, please email our Events Team at

If this date doesn’t work for you, we’d still love to support your efforts and can look to get you in on a separate date with the event organiser. However, this wouldn’t exclusively be with other walkers for Ashgate.
