Terms and conditions

In attending Ashgate Hospice’s Annual Golf Day on 17 July 2026, you are accepting the terms and conditions for yourself and on behalf of everyone in your party. Ashgate Hospice can accept no liability during this event for:

- Any injury, loss or damage caused or sustained due to taking part in the event. Any activity is undertaken at your own risk.

- Any injury or difficulty to a pre-existing health condition you may sustain due to taking part in the event.

- Any property you may lose or damage caused or sustained due to taking part in the event.

- If you have any medical conditions prior to the event that you are concerned about regarding taking part, please do get in touch with the Events team or see a medical professional before signing up for this event.

- Due to the nature of the event, you may be photographed or videoed at the event. By entering into this agreement, you grant Ashgate Hospice full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the charity's aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. Those under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult who has registered for the event. No one under the age of 11 is permitted to take part in this event. By attending this event you are representing Ashgate Hospice’s values and ethos as a charity. We are confident that you will support these values, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of both our team, and other teams and volunteers.
