At Ashgate Hospice, we know how important it is to have open and honest conversations about death and dying. Our Last Days Matter workshop offers practical advice, emotional support and a safe, compassionate space to talk about something that affects us all.
Whether you’re supporting someone at the end of their life, preparing for your own future, or simply want to feel more confident talking about death and grief, this session is for you.
This is a three-hour workshop, gently led by Ashgate’s trained staff and volunteers, with time and space for questions, reflections and discussion. It’s informal, open to everyone aged 18 and over, and includes:
