Ashgate Hospice > Donations in lieu of gifts

You can help local people living with a life-limiting illness when you celebrate a birthday, wedding or anniversary by asking for donations to Ashgate Hospice instead of presents from your loved ones. Take two minutes to set up your fundraising page and your family and friends can donate easily online. Alternatively, we can supply you with collection boxes if you are planning to collect cash.

Don’t forget to ask your friends to Gift Aid if they are eligible to do so –we can claim another 25% back from the government!

Once we have received the donations, we can send you an acknowledgement so you can let your friends and family know how much has been raised.
