Please note: we do not advise pushchairs and prams at this event.

Please be aware that some parts of the trail are not suitable for pushchairs or prams, and you may have to lift your child out to get through certain gates, so we would strongly advise you do not bring or use one of these. If you intend to carry your child in a sling or baby carrier, please make sure this is in good working order and fit for the entirety of your chosen route. If your child is walking with you for the entirety of the walk, then please ensure your chosen route is within their capabilities. Please let us know if you have any questions around any of these points.

By signing up to this event, you are accepting the terms and conditions for yourself and on behalf of any additional person(s) that you have signed up and/or for anybody under the age of 18. Those under the age of 18 must gain the consent of a parent or guardian and all those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult on the day. Ashgate Hospice cannot accept any liability or be held responsible for: Any injury, loss or damaged caused or sustained due to taking part in the event. Any activity is undertaken at your own risk. Any activity undertaken must be done so within your own fitness level. Any injury sustained or exacerbation to a pre-existing health condition due to taking part in the event. Any property you may lose, or damage caused or sustained due to taking part in the event. If you have any medical conditions prior to the event and you are concerned about taking part, then please do get in touch and/or see a medical professional.  By entering into this agreement, you grant Ashgate Hospice full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the charity's aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. If applicable, you must follow all social distancing guidelines in place at the time and undertake your activity in a safe and responsible manner. You must not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances when completing your activity. All sponsorship money raised must be sent to Ashgate Hospice or paid in online where possible. Any activity is undertaken at your own risk.
