By signing up to this event, you are accepting the terms and conditions for yourself and on behalf of anybody within a team entry and/or for anybody under the age of 17. Those under the age of 17 must gain the consent of a parent or guardian. Ashgate Hospice cannot accept any liability or be held responsible for: Any injury, loss or damaged caused or sustained due to taking part in the event. Any activity is undertaken at your own risk. Any activity undertaken must be done so within your own fitness level. Any injury sustained or exacerbation to a pre-existing health condition due to taking part in the event. Any property you may lose, or damage caused or sustained due to taking part in the event. If you have any medical conditions prior to the event and you are concerned about taking part, then please do get in touch and/or see a medical professional. By entering into this agreement, you grant Ashgate Hospice full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the charity's aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. You must follow all social distancing guidelines in place at the time and undertake your activity in a safe and responsible manner. You must not be under the influence of alcohol when completing your activity. All sponsorship money raised must be sent to Ashgate Hospice and paid in online where possible. Any activity is undertaken at your own risk.
