2023: Working together to deliver outstanding palliative and end of life care
Our annual report includes a breakdown of the money coming in and going out of the hospice in the last financial year. It shows what we want to achieve, and how far we’ve come.
Below you can find our headline achievements and download the latest annual report (2022 – 23).
In 2022/23 we supported 2,351 patients and their families across North Derbyshire.
- 1,307 people were cared for in their own homes.
- Together with our supporters we raised £10.1 million.
- We were able to reach even more people who need us through the launch of our Virtual Ward.
- We expanded our children’s services to offer one-to-one support in schools and support to teaching staff and other professionals in the community.
- We began work on streamlining the way our services are accessed, helping people to access the right services at the right time.
