Welcome! Here you’ll find everything you need to support your Sparkle fundraising in one place. Last year, those taking part raised an average of over £120 each. The key to their success? The sooner you start, the easier it is!
By signing up for the Sparkle Night Walk you are ensuring that the event can go ahead, but did you know that the real difference is made in the sponsorship raised?
If every Sparkler raised just £80 each we’d be looking at over £200,000 raised for the hospice!
That amount of money would make a significant difference. We need your help to get there!
We are excited to announce our brand new Sparkle Teams Competition for this year, giving you and your team the opportunity to go head to head with others.
To be in with an opportunity of winning one of our coveted Sparkle trophies and an invite to our Sparkle Thank You party in September.

“My mum (Janice Phillips) was diagnosed with terminal cancer in September 2020 and she was gone by February 2021.
“She was ill during covid and unfortunately didn’t the get chance to come to the hospice, but the nurses and pain management team helped her manage her pain at home and provided a lifeline. This meant that she stayed at home and died peacefully with me at her bedside, during covid times a lot of people had this taken away so I am forever grateful.
“I decided I wanted to give something back to Ashgate. I saw the Sparkle Night Walk and asked my work colleagues at Griffith Foods if anyone else wanted to do it with me, immediately they said yes, as a few of them had experienced Ashgate’s care and the event meant a lot to us all.
“We first thought of a team name and ‘Griffith Glitter Girls’ came to mind – perfect for us sparkly girls doing the walk.”
